Deadlines

    DEADLINE:

    Proposals must reach the Provost or Designee step by October 1, 2025, for course scheduling, registration, updating JagTrax, and to be in the next published Catalog. 

    RECOMMENDATION:

    To meet these deadlines, we recommend submitting proposals during the summer or early in the fall semester of the applicable year. Proposals submitted after this time will still move through the approval process, but may not reach final approval before the deadline.

    Curriculog Access

    To request access to Curriculog/Modern Campus Curriculum, complete the Curriculog Access Request form and follow the instructions on the form.

    Note

    Curriculog has changed its name to Modern Campus Curriculum.
    Updates to instructional help text will be ongoing. Additionally, the URL for our Curriculog site will not be updated to match the product name until sometime in the future. We will also be gradually updating all of our resource materials and instructions to reflect this name change. In the meantime, our Curriculog webpages are still available at augusta.edu/registrar/curriculog.
